The Austin SHRM chapter is excited to offer this award-winning program virtually so that more HR professionals can participate!

The Stepping Stones to Enhanced Leadership course includes a Cohort styled program with nine, 4-hour modules, which are pre-certified through HRCI/SHRM for up to 36 hours of recertification credit. This award-winning program is now virtual, and participants can join us around the country.

This is a creative and innovative program designed, developed, and implemented to meet the professional development needs of today’s HR professionals. 

This program provides opportunities for recertification credit, to create a pipeline of emerging leaders, and to meet employers’ needs for improvement of employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
