Texas SHRM offers advertising/marketing message to a distribution list of 13,000+. E-blasts are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to space availability. Read the specifics below on relevant information prior to completing the online submission form.
Pricing - $2,000 / promotional e-blast
E-blasts are offered on the 3rd Thursday of every month with no more than one e-blast offered monthly.
E-blast requests should be submitted by the 1st Thursday of the requested month.
Your e-blast copy will be shared with our distribution list as presented in your request. E-blast content can be submitted as a JPEG / PNG or as a combination of image and verbiage. Texas SHRM does not provide any design or editing of the content provided.
Proof of your email will be sent for approval no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month.
An invoice for payment will be sent after approval of the proof is obtained and payment must be made in full before the e-blast will be shared with our database.
Texas SHRM reserves the right to decline an e-blast request should any message content compete with a State or local chapter event or if the content of the message is not deemed appropriate by Texas SHRM.
