This year brings a different set of challenges as the economy continues to try to find balance. Headline numbers indicate a very healthy economy and job market, but it does not feel that way for many individuals and businesses. Additionally, the performance of the housing market is very important to the growth of our metroplex; and the trends have been volatile to say the least, with broader implications for hiring and compensation.
