This interactive session includes audience participation and time for Q&A to help participants connect the presentation to their workplace challenges and opportunities.

Our panel of DE&I practitioners from a wide range of industries will share their insights in how their companies have developed DE&I initiatives. Come learn how these practitioners have earned buy-in from their top leadership on down through the employee ranks as they've built up a more inclusive culture and workforce. The panel will provide some useful takeaways on how companies can start the discussion regarding DE&I and ensure actual results. It's not good enough to just talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion, we must implement and bring change.
