In this 60 minute session, we discuss the evolution of DE&I, what we have learned (good, bad, and ugly), and why it is time to get get innovative about our approach to this work. This interactive session includes audience participation and time for Q&A to help participants connect the presentation to their workplace challenges and opportunities.

Our panel of DE&I practitioners from a wide range of industries will share their insights in how their companies have developed DE&I initiatives.  Come learn how these practitioners have earned buy-in from their top leadership on down through the employee ranks as they've built up a more inclusive culture and workforce.  The panel will provide some useful takeaways on how companies can start the discussion regarding DE&I and ensure actual results.  It's not good enough to just talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion, we must implement and bring change.
