Everyone is complicit in this issue because we have all either been denied or denied opportunity based on a diversity factor. The talk about it indicates that there is value in diversity and inclusion yet few are translating it into action. Inclusion is the action piece of diversity and it begins with conversations that we are having everyday. So let's not just talk about it, let's be about it with our individual courageous conversations that lead to inclusive behavior.
