Our social discourse is growing increasingly uncivil, and the fault lines run through our organizations. We will discuss how to both create and maintain a respectful workplace. We will talk about the need for changing the subtle ways supervisors dissuade employees from bringing up behavior issues, the advantage of addressing behavior sooner rather than later, and benefits of working in a civil and phycological-safe environment.
