Recently more and more people are concerned with resilience. While many speak of the need for resilience, few know or understand how to implement it. Building resilience comes through micro-actions. Joe provides six pillars of self-care. In each one he offers micro-actions people can do to build their mental wellbeing.

  1. Participants will be able to define essential micro-actions necessary for mental wellbeing,
  2. Participants will be able identify the 6 pillars of self-care, and how these interact with micro-actions,
  3. Participants will be able to explain the connection between self-care and resilience.
