HRIS Analyst (ADP Workforce Now)

Position Description:

The HRIS Analyst at Allied Stone is responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the seamless operation of our entire suite of ADP Human Resources Information System (HRIS) tools (i.e. Recruiting, LMS, Compensation, Benefits, etc…) and related integrations (i.e. Assessment and survey tools).

This role will work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system capabilities to support the organization’s HR operations and data needs.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ADP systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to implement and improve HR processes through technology solutions.

ADP System Management

Oversee the configuration, operation, and maintenance of ADP systems to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs

Manage and support modules within ADP, including Workforce Now, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting and Payroll

Data Integrity and Security

Monitor data accuracy within ADP, including regular data audits to ensure data integrity and reliability across systems

Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring all information is protected and compliant with data privacy regulations

Assist with drafting and maintenance of departmental SOPs, Technical Documentation, Training Videos, etc.

Planning and executing system upgrades

Working closely and coordinating with IT

Testing new versions in a sandbox environment

Ensuring a smooth transition for end users

HRIS Integration

Lead the integration of ADP with other internal and third-party systems to enable seamless data flow and reporting

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to address technical integration challenges, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange between systems

Set Up and Manage Employee Self Service Portal

Work with IT to Automate Manual Processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.)

System Enhancements and Optimization

Continuously assess and identify opportunities to improve ADP system processes and functionality to enhance HR efficiency

Stay updated with ADP product updates and enhancements, implementing changes as necessary to optimize system performance

Setup and Manage – Departmental Sharepoint Site, Teams Environment and Fileshares

Work with IT to incorporate workforce related data into our BI platforms

User Support and Training

Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting ADP-related issues, providing timely resolution and support to HR and other system users

Conduct training sessions for HR team members and other users to ensure effective utilization of ADP systems and functionalities

Reporting and Data Analysis

Develop and maintain standard and custom reports within ADP to support HR reporting requirements and business decision-making

Analyze HRIS data to provide insights into workforce trends and HR metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Process Improvement

Identifying and documenting HR processes

Analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

Recommending and implementing process changes

Suggesting and implementing changes to the HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Streamlining workflows

Automating manual task and optimizing workflows with the HRIS system

Leading or participating in HRIS related projects

Including, but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications (Education, Certifications, and/or training: 
Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Education:
Additional certification in HRIS, ADP, or HR systems administration.

Required Experience:
5+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
Proven experience with HRIS integrations, data management, and technical troubleshooting

Preferred Experience:
Experience managing ADP system integrations with other platforms
Background in supporting HRIS within a manufacturing or construction industry setting

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures within an HRIS environment
Familiarity with industry standards for data privacy and security related to employee information

Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other ADP modules, including configuration, management, and reporting
Knowledge of integration methods, data governance, and troubleshooting within HRIS environments

Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with the full suite of ADP products used at Allied Stone, and an understanding of how they interact to support business functions

Quality Assurance:
Knowledge of best practices in data quality assurance to ensure data accuracy across systems

Skills

Technical Skills:
Advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now and data management within HRIS environments
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools to support data extraction and analysis

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments

Leadership and Supervision:
Capable of leading projects related to system updates, integrations, and optimizations
Ability to provide guidance and training on system best practices

Organizational Skills:
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing and reporting
