Welcome to the 23rd Annual Employment Law Update Conference!

The story of Wizard of Oz begins with a young Dorothy who is caught in a cyclone that takes her to the magical Land of Oz. The only way she can return home is to travel along the yellow brick road with her friends and loyal dog. Along this road, she faces many obstacles such as the wrath of the Wicked Witch of the West. In the end, she never gives up and finds her way home.

This year’s theme is the Yellow Brick Road. Dorothy may have stumbled upon many bumps on her journey, just as we have during this two-year-long pandemic; however, she never stopped following her path. We may not always know where our path takes us in the world of employment law or how many changes we will face, but it is up to us to forge our own path and follow it despite unforeseen obstacles. 

Join us in the Land of Oz on April 22nd. We will walk this road together and treasure the friends we find along the way.
