DallasHR - HR Certification Test Prep Course

DallasHR hosts two 9-week test prep courses in the Spring and fall each year.  This test prep course helps prepare participants to take the existing certification exams for both HRCI (PHR or SPHR) and SHRM certifications (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).  The purpose of the HR Certification Test Prep Course is to provide a high-level overview of the knowledge and skills necessary to accomplish the goal of certification.

This includes:
  • The Body of Knowledge required for each exam
  • The competencies that will be assessed on the exam
  • Test taking tips, strategies and practice examples
  • The opportunity to partner with others in this endeavor, sharing knowledge, expertise and resources
