  &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;The 2026 Texas SHRM &lt;span style="white-space: nowrap;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;EAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;H&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; program is an exclusive leadership development experience for Texas SHRM chapter Board Members and State Council leaders in the Southwest Central Region. The program strengthens participants’ leadership capabilities in their professional roles, their chapters, and their service to Texas SHRM.&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Across six modules, participants explore key leadership topics such as team development, strategic planning, culture building, situational leadership, and project planning. Each module includes:&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding-left: 22px;"&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.5-hour Webinar&lt;/strong&gt; – Recorded and available for independent viewing.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Application Assignment Overview&lt;/strong&gt; – Optional; attend live or watch the recording.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;One-on-one Coaching Connect&lt;/strong&gt; – Scheduled individually after each webinar and before the related group discussion; participants may miss no more than two.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.5-hour Guided Group Discussion&lt;/strong&gt; – A core component of the program; participants may miss no more than two to graduate.&lt;/li&gt;
