At Texas SHRM we are committed to offer programs that leverages and fosters diversity and inclusion, encourages collaboration, flexibility and fairness for all.
As a society we are comprised of various genders, races, languages, cultures, ages, differing physical abilities, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientation, appearances, educational background, and more. It’s important to be aware of our diversities and understand how they add to the culture and richness not only of our chapter but also of all organizations.
Our initiative will be to provide diversity and inclusion educational resources, create a program for our chapters to use as a means of discussion for their members, organizations and their communities.
As your Diversity and Inclusion leader, I am thankful for the opportunity to serve and will strive to provide our members and the chapters we serve with content, resources and programs that are tied to our initiatives.
