About this Position:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help to shape our recruiting and staff programs. You will be responsible supporting all areas of the recruiting process, from sourcing, qualifying, and candidate presentations, to the selection of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for development and maintenance of recruiting networks and candidate sources. We will provide advanced tools to facilitate your success. You will directly impact our ability to attract and retain the best talent and help the company remain a market leader. In this role, you can expect to:

  • Partner with business leaders and the talent acquisition team to understand strategic direction and talent needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business units and the talent acquisition team in identifying and hiring talent
  • Determine appropriate recruiting strategies and sources to identify candidates
  • Develop, research and identity prospective talent to provide a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates for open jobs
  • May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs
  • Act as the leader in all recruiting efforts for the organization
  • Utilize technology, research, and existing networks to hire quickly and efficiently
  • Work with talent acquisition team to maintain internal recruiting policies and procedures
  • Support the company health and safety program
  • Demonstrate ability to get along and work well with others
  • Practices regular attendance and punctuality; and
  • May work in excess of 40 hours per week as required

The successful candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Two to four years of related work experience
It would be great to also have:
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting and networking platforms
