Position Description:
Our Talent Acquisition & Immigration Specialist will support the organizations culture by developing, promoting, and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent to include faculty, staff and leadership positions. This position will have the responsibility of collaborating with stakeholders to provide immigration support for acquiring talent around the world.

The Role:

  • Drive campaigns to attract active and passive talent in support of key hiring efforts
  • Collaborate with leaders to perform hiring needs analysis and source talent worldwide
  • Support the recruiting team as they source candidates for a diverse, equitable, inclusive and belonging work environment
  • Partner with local schools and communities to connect individuals with great career opportunities
  • Provide immigration strategies and guidance to employees and leaders and effectively communicate options and appropriate recommendations

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience of talent acquisition, recruitment or similar HR role with direct responsibility for recruiting top talent
  • Subject matter expertise in company-sponsored US immigration
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Deeply connected with organizations culture of teamwork, integrity, diversity, excellence and safety
