Develops and implements strategies which align human resources activities and priorities with the operational and strategic short term and long term objectives. Provide HR leadership that delivers innovative, value-added counsel, resolution and remedies to HR related issues that challenge management in a manner that ensures the attraction, retention, and development of employees, through effective and credible relationship-building with manager, the Executive Team and key customers.
Oversees all Human Resources functions for the facility including but not limited to:
Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Recognition with support from Regional HR and Employment Legal
Participates on facility Quality and Compliance councils and Administrative Team
Bachelor's degree or commensurate HR experience and education. Master's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years HR supervisory/management experience
HR experience in Healthcare is preferred
SPHR/PHR certification required within 2 years of placement in position
