This position is in College Station, Texas. Training will be in Pearland, Texas for the first several weeks.

Job Duties and / or Responsibilities:
Currently seeking a qualified candidate to provide human resources support to client organizations. Support services include, but are not limited to applicant sourcing and recruiting, employee relations support, policy and procedures interpretation, and training delivery support. The incumbent will work directly with the Human Resources department to include benefits, compensation, training, employee relations, and HRBP Partners departments to determine and apply probable solutions to issues and challenges affecting the client group.

Qualifications include:
•B.S./B.B.A. in Business Administration or another complimentary core major or an associate degree and 2+ years experience in a professional human resources capacity.
•3-4 years human resources experience or a combination of human resources and other professional experience in a direct customer service or consulting capacity.
•Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
•Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office software products.
•Ability to interact, influence, partner, and gain the acceptance of managers in client organizations.

•Extensive talent acquisition experience; sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
